I am a Member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and have been making cakes for over twenty five years. I started making cakes for friends when working in Bruxelles Belgium, and word of mouth quickly turned it in to much more. Ex-pats living there were delighted to find "English Style" cakes away from home.
I then stopped working in restaurants and started working for myself. Later I returned to England the cake making came too and I have been making all kinds of cakes ever since,
Each cake I make is individually designed, and crafted to meet my customers requirements using the best and freshest of ingredients available. (Most dietary needs can be catered for).
I will even decorate a cake you’ve baked yourself so if you have a family favorite recipe you can still have it iced to your design
I can deliver up to a five mile radius of Chalford, Stroud free of charge , after that I ask for a small delivery charge, to cover fuel costs.
I also have Stands and Knives available to hire.
